PsiFS: Getting Started

Baud Rate

Baud Rate

The RISC OS and SIBO or EPOC machines both need to be configured to use the same baud rate. This should normally be the highest speed supported by both devices:
Machine type Acorn A4,
Acorn A3xx,

If a high speed serial interface is fitted to the RISC OS computer, then the higher baud rates listed in the right-hand column will be available with older machines.

PsiFS may be configured to automatically identify the required baud rate for the remote link. With this option it is not necessary to explicitly specify the baud rate unless the printer mirror is being used.
